Directions for Estroven Maximum Strength
Take one (1) caplet per day before mealtime. For best results, daily use is important.
Estroven Maximum Strength is also available in a two (2) caplet per day formula. The two-tablet serving is equivalent to taking one tablet of the one (1) per day formula, but the caplets are smaller. The two (2) per day tablets are only available in limited distribution in health food / natural channel stores such as Whole Foods and Vitamin Shoppe.

Isoflavones, a group of naturally occurring compounds found in soybeans, are among the most extensively-studied alternatives to estrogen therapy. But all isoflavones are not the same.
